The Jemez Valley Credit Union has partnered with Cue-Commerce to provide real-time, online banking to its members. With online banking you can access your account information 24 hours a day via any web browser with your secure login. Check balances, initiate transfers, even get electronic statements and images of checks from the convenience of your home.
To sign up for online banking please visit the Credit Union and speak to a member service specialist. This service is free to Credit Union members.
As an online banking member, you will be automatically enrolled to receive an electronic copy instead of a hard copy of your member statement. When you login to "Online Banking" you will see a link to view your member statement on the "Account Summary" page. Simply click on the link to view the statement. In addition, you will receive an email each month notifying you that your statement is ready for viewing.
If you do not wish to receive an electronic copy of your member statement, you can unregister for this service and resume delivery of your hard copy statement by clicking on the "Services" tab and then clicking on the "Register" or "Unregister" for eStatements link.
