JVCU and Coronavirus/COVID – A Message to Our Members
What Is Happening? – COVID-19 Is Spreading in NM
The health and wellbeing of our members and staff is our top priority. We are keeping a close watch on the spread of the coronavirus/COVID-19 and will continue to monitor updates from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and other health officials.
Actions We Have Taken – We Have Closed Our Lobbies Only
In an effort to mitigate the risks and reduce the spread of COVID-19, Jemez Valley Credit Union has decided to close our lobbies at both branches but will remain open to provide services in a more remote manner.
What Can Our Members Do? – Use Our Remote Products and Services.

Both branches have a full-service drive-up window where you can conduct transactions at the branch with an MSR.
We will be processing these deposits on an hourly basis during normal business hours, including Saturdays.
